Dr. Shachar Shapira is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder surgery, a healthcare management expert, aviation medical examiner, and a dive physician. He also serves as a lecturer in Military Medicine at the Hebrew University and is a graduate of the Inbar Medical Leadership program. He has extensive experience in initiating, leading, and implementing resource-intensive and technology-driven projects in a global, multi-interface environment, mobilizing teams and partners towards organizational vision and goals. He integrates his experience in management, orthopedic surgery and research in order to create innovative solutions for challenges in the ambulatory services and disaster medicine.
