Dr. Yossi Boles completed his PhD in Political Science at Northern Illinois University. He also lectures at the Faculty of Medicine in the Master’s Program in Emergency and Disaster Management, at Reichman University in the MBA Program, and at Tel Aviv University in the Master’s Program in Public Policy (EMPP).

Dr. Yossi Boles’s academic areas of expertise include strategic planning, political economy, public policy, international project management, and the initiation and business management of startup companies. For the past 26 years, he has been involved in founding, developing, and managing startups, from the early initiation stage to maturity, including IPOs on NASDAQ or mergers. He is currently involved in several companies still in the development stage.

Dr. Yossi Boles served in the Israeli Air Force in command and staff positions, and in the civilian sector has been engaged in managing projects across a wide range of public and business fields in Israel and abroad. He was a co-founder of the Israeli Association of Systems Analysts, chaired it for eight years, and currently serves as Chairman of the Public Council of the Israeli Information Technologies Association. Dr. Yossi Boles also advises several public organizations in the fields of strategic management and project management.
