Dr. Tal Hanani is an experienced international program manager and strategic advisor specializing in Innovation implementation, Impact creation, and growth management. Dr. Hanani possesses rich experience serving in leadership positions in the global health & crisis preparedness management arena.

Dr. Hanani is the founder of GLOBALOCAL Health Development, working with entrepreneurs, private-Public initiatives, accelerators, and NGOs on tailoring people-centered solutions- Design thinking from ideation to delivery. Her work combines strategy and partnerships building, Value creation, identifying needs & opportunities, while scaling-up capacities, growth, and measurable impact outcomes.

She is an acting lecturer and advisor at Reichman University Global Impact Studies Master's program, at The School of Governance and strategy.

Dr. Hanani brings an extensive experience designing and implementing programs, leading projects & teams in dynamic-complex environments, including emergencies, post-disasters, protracted crises, Humanitarian and developing settings. Working with diverse multicultural population, her work interconnects global stakeholders from the privet & public sectors, NGOs, Academia UN agencies.

She is a certified PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner, holding an MD-MPH specializing in Disaster Management, and a Master's in business administration specializing in Management of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She has collaborated with world leading institutes, among them: The Johns Hopkins Blomberg School of Public Health, Harvard University Humanitarian Initiative, Tel Aviv Uni, Reichman (The IDC), Haifa Uni, Stanford Biodesign, ICRC, and the WHO.
