Dr. Maya Siman Tov works as a research and development director at Magen David Adom. Maya accompanies the development and research processes related to all of MDA's operational and administrative systems, along with research development and publication of articles in the field of emergency and pre-hospital medicine. Previously, Maya worked as a senior researcher at the Israel National Trauma and Emergency Medicine Research Center. In this capacity, she led the research in various fields of trauma and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).  She has an MA in Sociology of Health from Bar Ilan University and a PhD from Haifa University researching child injury.
