Daniel Beaudoin (PhD., Lt. Col. Ret.) teaches on humanitarian diplomacy and negotiation, the politics of aid, human rights, international organizations, and delivers international workshops on humanitarian crisis management. He possesses a unique blend of academic training together with 16 years operational experience as civil-military (CIMIC) officer for the international organizations in the West Bank and Gaza. This includes civil-military coordination, and the facilitation of humanitarian operations and international donor projects in complex emergencies. He is also Executive-Director at the European International Society for Military Ethics.
