Noam is an experienced emergency management professional with over 20 years of diverse experience, specializing in roles such as Rescue Instructor, International Rescue Coordinator, Crisis Management Team Member, Emergency Response team Leader and Trainer and Business Continuity Program Manager. Holding a BA in History and Economics and a MA in Public Health, both from Tel-Aviv university. He is living in Tel Aviv, Israel, with his wife and son.
